Lotus is the seventh album by Christina released in November 2012. this album features tracks with Cee-Lo Green and Blake Shelton two of her "Voice" co-judges. the album really shows of the new Christina who is not afraid ton experiment with other genres of music. the genres of song of music on this album alternate from pop to dance music and even soul but if you loved the old Christina there's plenty of that too in songs like 'army of me' which is very reminiscent of fighter with words like wiser stronger and fighter thrown into the lyrics of the chorus. songs like 'let there be love' on the regular version and the 'your body remix' on the deluxe edition show of the dance version of Christina. the song 'circles' is a song that shows off a side of Christina that is like nothing we've ever heard from her. this is and album that you should definitely get. I suggest you buy the deluxe edition or you will be really be missing out.
